Condições Gerais de Venda

Todas as transacções económicas feitas pela (com a) Dtexcom encontram-se abrangidas pelas
seguintes condições gerais de vendas:
A Dtexcom vende exclusivamente para a industrial têxtil em Portugal.
A quantidade mínima de encomenda é 1 caixa, salvo no caso de amostras e acordado com a
devida antecedência.
A entrega de fios de stock service será feita num prazo máximo de 3 dias úteis, salvo acordo
em contrário. Caso não haja em stock o prazo de entrega será previamente acordado.
Os preços de cada artigo são acordados previamente com o cliente e estão em vigor até nova
informação.
Caso se verifique alguma reclamação a mesma será analisada internamente e nos laboratórios
da respetiva representada. Reclamações após 6 meses das entregas não serão consideradas.

General Sales Conditions

All economic transactions made by (with) Dtexcom are covered by the following general sales
conditions:
Dtexcom sells exclusively to the textile industry in Portugal.
The minimum quantity order is 1 box, except in case of samples and agreed in advance.
The delivery of yarns from stock service will be done within a maximum period of 3 working
days, unless agreed differently. If there is no stock, the delivery time will be previously agreed.
The prices of each item are agreed in advance with the customer and are valid until further
information.
In case of any complaint, it will be analyzed internally and at the lab of our partners. Claims
with more than 6 months after the delivery will not be considered.
